What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Our preferred carrier is Swiss Post – they offer the best quality for the smaller price in Switzerland. The cheapest and safest method offered by Swiss Post is MiniPac Priority International (L+W+H= max 90cm) – you can see the full details and an online shipping calculator here.

Do You Ship Internationally?

For now, we are shipping to the most of the European countries, United States and Canada, Australia and some of the East Asian countries. Please ask for specific details for your destination.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

The Swiss Post shipping is quite fast for the price, but the delivery to your address could take longer than the estimate time. The parcel leaves Switzerland in 24-48 hours after being recorded at the Postal Office, but the delivery lays in the hands of your local Postal Service, or Customs Services. You can see an estimate of the shipping duration for each shipping method and destination here

Do you offer a tracking number?

We send most of our parcels with the “Registered International” option, meaning that we get a tracking number for each shipping. Swiss Post offers the online tracking for the registered shipping, but the updates are depending on the local Postal Services of the destination countries, so the best way to track the shipping is to call directly your local Post Office and ask them for the details using the tracking number we will provide.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

In order to avoid processing the sensitive data, we are using exclusively the services of the world’s bigger and safer payment processor – PayPal. Using PayPal you can pay without any fees and in a full secure way, using you Credit Card or your PayPal account. There’s no obligation to create an account when you pay from your Credit Card via PayPal, and your payment details will never be recorded, processed or stored on our website.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Buying online is as safe as any other purchase method – using PayPal is even safer because they even offer a 60 days full refund warranty for the purchases paid with PayPal or via PayPal. We will never ask for details about your payment data, all we need to know is your name and address for the shipping.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

Placing an order online is simple and direct. Just click on “Add to cart”, fill in the Checkout requirements and place your order. Your order will be considered as complete right after we will receive the payment confirmation from PayPal.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can change or cancel your order until we will send the shipping confirmation – there are no fees for processing your order. After we ship your parcel, you can still cancel your order, but you will loose the shipping fees and the return shipping fees.

Do I need an account to place an order?

There is no need to register an account with our website – you can always order as a guest. Anyway, registering an account with us will allow you to have access to the online tracking of your order, to sales and offers available exclusively for members, to a newsletter presenting the latest additions to the online shop and to occasional gifts and promotions.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order after creating an account, in the “order tracking” page. You can also track your order using the tracking number provided after shipping your parcel. You can also ask us directly and we will keep you informed about the status of the delivery.

Do you offer warranty for your products?

Most of our products are vintage watches. The manufacturer’s warranty is long expired, and we do not have a tech department or the skills required to repair watches. Our warranty policy applies only to the product description – if you receive a faulty watch described as working – we will be happy to replace it at our own expense, or full refund your purchase. This policy covers a period of 3 months after your purchase for the used items, and 6 months for the new ones, and will be confirmed on the specific items before processing your order.

How Can I Return a Product?

Even if Switzerland does not have a 30 days return policy – we are offering the very same return conditions which are mandatory in Europe. Even more – we will never ask for a reason for the return – all we need is to have our item returned in the very same condition as delivered.
